Hammer-Lok is the ag-specialized division of Hammers Construction, a full-service construction company based in Perham, MN. Our company has been serving clients in agriculture since its inception in 1956.
Today we provide full service design, construction and maintenance of produce storage, food processing, cooler/freezer, equipment storage and other agricultural buildings throughout the United States and Canada.

Our team of draftsmen, project managers and field crew work closely together. On distant jobs, we team up with with qualified and vetted subcontracting field crews. Together, our teamwork and expertise help to drive our success.

BEN BUCHOLZ
VP of Operations
As of VP of Operations, Ben handles the project execution side of the process. After working in the field for several years, Ben understands what it takes for projects to be successful. From on-site coordination to material procurement and daily operations, Ben is deeply involved in all of our projects. When Ben is not traveling between job sites or in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and hunting waterfowl, especially in Canada. Ben is a great asset to our team.
JORDAN VAUGHAN
GM, VP of Sales & Marketing
As our GM and VP of Sales and Marketing, Jordan handles design, estimating, and he's actively involved in every project from the start. With a decade of hands-on construction experience combined with detailed project management experience, Jordan enjoys interacting with customers and establishing long lasting relationships. When not designing buildings or crunching numbers, you can find him spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors hunting and fishing.

Joe isn't the type to sit in the office, he'd much rather be on the job site. He is directly involved in virtually every project at Hammer-Lok and brings a lifetime of ag and construction experience. Away from work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family at their home near Ottertail, MN.
