Hammer-Lok is the ag-specialized division of Hammers Construction, a full-service construction company based in Perham, MN. Our company has been serving clients in agriculture since its inception in 1956.
Today we provide full service design, construction and maintenance of produce storage, food processing, cooler/freezer, equipment storage and other agricultural buildings throughout the United States and Canada.

Our team of draftsmen, project managers and field crew work closely together. On distant jobs, we team up with with qualified and vetted subcontracting field crews. Together, our teamwork and expertise help to drive our success.

BEN BUCHOLZ
President of Operations / Project Manager
As President of Operations / Project Manager, Ben handles the project execution side of the process. Having spent several years in the field, he brings a practical understanding of what it takes to keep projects running smoothly and successfully. From on-site coordination, to material procurement, and overseeing day-to-day operations, Ben stays closely involved every step of the way. When he’s not traveling between job sites or working in the office, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family or hunting waterfowl—especially on trips up to Canada. We’re grateful to have Ben’s experience and dedication as part of our team.
JORDAN VAUGHAN
VP of Sales & Marketing / Project Manager
As our VP of Sales and Marketing / Project Manager, Jordan handles the design and estimating process while staying actively involved in each project from the start. With a decade of hands-on construction experience paired with a strong background in project management, he brings both technical and expertise with a client-focused approach to his work. Jordan enjoys interacting with customers and building those long lasting relationships. When not designing buildings or crunching numbers, you can find him spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

CEO
Joe isn't the type to sit in the office, he'd much rather be on the job site. He is directly involved in virtually every project at Hammer-Lok and brings a lifetime of ag and construction experience. Away from work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family at their home near Ottertail, MN.
